I have prescription for a branded medicine.
How can I order, I don’t know the generic name?


You can search by brand name on the site, the system will show the generic name corresponding to that drug.

Or, Click on Products > List by Brand.

Generic medicines that you send are manufactured by which company?


FDA approves the generics of some of the manufacturers and publishes an Orange book on their site. We refer to that book and only send drugs from those manufacturers to you, which are approved by FDA.

What can I do if I receive a wrong product?


We accept returns within 60 days, only if we send a wrong product by mistake. We will send you the correct shipment free of cost. The returned products are destroyed by us, to comply with regulations.

Can I return my medications if I no longer need them or for any other reason?


No.

Can you accept my insurance?


No, since our pharmacy is located offshore, we are not able to accept any foreign insurance. We will provide you with an Invoice, however, your insurance company may or may not accept the Invoice, please talk to your insurance company.

How do I pay for my order?


We accept payments through Secure channel Credit Cards on the website.

You can also pay directly through SWIFT Bank Transfer. Please get in touch with us for further details.

We do not accept coupons or discounts from local businesses.

Please Note: Some credit card companies my charge an international service fee, we suggest that you contact your credit card company to learn more about any such fees that might be applicable to you.

Why do the drugs have different names?


The names of the drugs are registered by the respective manufacturers. Different manufacturers always have to use different trade names, may look different, but these medications have the same active ingredients and comparable in dosage form, strength, quality, performance characteristics and intended use.

What are Generics/Generic Drugs?


Generic Drugs contain same Active Ingredients of the original drug, comparable in dosage form, strength, quality, performance characteristics and intended use. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), generic drugs are identical or within an acceptable bioequivalent range to the brand-name counterpart with respect to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. Generic drug usage in the United States generated $158 billion in health care savings in 2010 alone, a remarkable rate of $3 billion every week!!

Do I need a prescription to order from your company?


There are two types of drugs - PRESCRIPTION DRUGS and OTC (Over The Counter). For dispensing PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, a valid prescription written by a licensed physician, is REQUIRED. All prescription medications are clearly marked by Rx. We will not fulfil any Order unless and until it receives a valid prescription from a duly licensed practitioner who has physically examined the patient within the last 12 months.

In case of any doubt, you can send us your prescriptions at info@safemedshub.co prior to making your order and we can confirm you whether we accept it as a valid prescription.

PLEASE NOTE that without a valid prescription for such items, we will not be able to process and ship your order. Further, no refund will be provided for this reason, you may however utilize such funds for your next order.

OTC products do not require a prescription and are indicated by OTC.

Can I order medication for another person e.g. my partner, etc?


No. Each person must have their own account and each person ordering to confirm the medication is for their own personal use. We supply medication to only named people on prescriptions. Any Questions asked in the order process must be completed by the person who is ordering the medicine. This is a safety and a legal requirement.

How can I send you my prescription?


You can upload your prescription on the website. Or, you can email your prescription to info@safemedshub.co

What are your Processing and Shipping delivery times?


The standard Processing time for prescription drugs and OTC drugs order is 48 hours. Shipping time frames range from 10 to 20 days for Standard shipping and 5 to 10 days for Express shipping. We don't accept overnight or priority shipping because the products have to be shipped internationally and they go through standard Customs channel.
